There was a group of doctors in Spain, I can't remember the hospital, that raised the flag on graphene particles in the vaxx about a year or more ago. Since then a lot of rumors and horror stories. I believe this is the first "peer reviewed" analysis that I've read. No idea of the credibility of the shitty journal. They are all pretty shitty lately.

Some reasonable and substantiated explanations include: - vax free vax spotted by Steve Kirsch team (a few vials each of Pfizer and Modern) - various debris in vax microscopy by Richard Fleming - no biologic/RNA in vax also claimed in this article - 70-80% mRNA yield in Pfizer from manufacture - shipping, storage, and administration complexity allowing mRNA to degrade (more degradation in blue states, better instruction following in red states)
