Could be, spikes and proteins have been found in all tissues. One of the girls I always mention was having this problem along with a host of other issues starting within 12 hours of the vax. They finally scanned her brain and one of the main arteries had swollen and killed the surrounding tissue. She had some type of surgery to clear the veins and capillaries of clots that wasn’t allowing the artery to function properly. I haven’t checked on her since the surgery. This may be what’s happening to millions, micro clots causing Bain tissue death. I know my 70yo uncle had a blocked artery years ago and they said they could unclog it but it and the surround veins are kind like an unused inter tube that’s been sitting in the sun, you’ll have leaks but hopefully nothing big. His started small and then burst, three years in a bed then died.
