Makes a strong case that critical-thinking skills and the ability to do simple cost-benefit analyses no longer exist with the general populace. Do I suffer a mild cold for which there is an estimated 0.04% mortality rate (4 per 10,000 according to early CDC published statistic) or do I inject my body with an emergency-use treatment for which (early on) there was no safety data?
