A better question is, how safe are pharmaceuticals? Knowing how the industry has captured regulators and they just love "essentially equivalent" drugs therefore we don't need to do long expensive clinical trials. Then we all know they cheat and hide embarrassing data so as to allow faulty drugs into the market. I don't even want to take aspirin anymore. On top of that, they get emergency use authorization at the drop of a hat. You just know all those "safe" pharmaceuticals that are being sold are fucking poisonous. That's before considering opioids.
