I’ve heard about this technicality before. The FDA approved vaccines (I think the Pfizer one is named COMIRNATY) are not available.
What I’m not clear on is whether the manufacturers would be liable for injuries caused by the approved vaccines if anyone were to take them. That would be huge. Then they would either have to lose court cases like these because there are no approved vaccines available, or make them available and face the massive liability the the injuries they cause.
That liability may be the reason the approved vaccines are not available. If so, this case could be the start of the whole vaccine mandate house of cards tumbling down.
