His family are big believers of eugenics programs. Reasonably his goal is to kill hundreds of millions, or more, globally. In his Ted talk, he states his goal is the death or sterilization of 1-2 billion people ("if we do vaccines right"). It's surprising anyone would believe he would stop pushing based on his own statements and his family's generational goals.
