This is a direct admission that the lockdowns are punishment for not being vaccinated. They are intended to compel people to take the shots.
To be more specific this is "negative reinforcement," which is a behavior modification technique. Negative reinforcement is the application of an undesirable circumstance (lockdown) until the desired behavior (vaccination) occurs.
Where this falls down, or not as I will discuss, is that by being applied to a population rather than individual the behavioral result is for vaxtards to hate on purebloods because sufficient purebloods must get vaxed for the negative condition to be lifted for the vaxtards.
This is highschool psychology stuff, and not complicated. Anyone interested in training dogs would learn this stuff. The big question is whether the program is designed to divide and cause social discord and I believe that it is. The people who decide this are sufficiently well informed to know this.
