IgA is mucosal and prevents infection in the first place. Very important for aerosol spreading disease.
IgG is the permanent inside the body antibody.
IgM is the initial response antibody for a naive immune system. Your immune system gets to work with this while it figures out what the IgG should be for a disease.

These studies have budgets and defined durations. It is important to note whether 8 weeks was the duration of the work.
