That’s fine. The shots are not about public health. They’re about an ongoing system that all subjects must remain compliant with or face harsh consequences. See China’s social credit system for an example already in use.
I read almost a year ago that each shot is likely to have a lower effect than the previous one. I people survive the first ten shots or so they will reach a point where injecting more into them does nothing at all. It explains how a few people have made money taking injections for other people without dying from it.
