The vax isn't going to kill everybody at once. Most people will suffer some degree of heart damage that is too slight to show up or be noticed. But it will cut ten years off their lives, maybe twenty years. They will die decades after they got the vax from heart attacks, and never even remember getting the vax, which weakened their hearts.
