This is a repost of information for those who may not have seen it:

A new study (actually a review of many studies) concludes that people with a Vitamin D3 blood level of greater than 50 ng/ML [25(OH)D3] have almost a ZERO risk of dying from COVID.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8541492/

How to Achieve Optimal D3 Levels

Historically, the level of Vitamin D3 recommended by the experts ranges from 400 IU to 2,000 IU a day, which falls far short of getting you to the 50 ng/ml level you need. This video explains why the "experts" are wrong (too low) and how to calibrate it for yourself. This doctor recommends 10,000 IUs a day for a healthy person. (Higher amounts may be needed if you have a compromised immune system, insulin resistance or genetic mutations.) It's a must watch.

This doctor says he targets 60 - 80 ng/ML blood level and once tested and determined a patient is low, prescribes 10,000 IU a day until the desired level is achieved, which will likely take weeks. Once achieved, the doctor adjusts the level to 4K-6K daily and retests to ensure optimal level is maintained. Watch here:

Unsure what level of supplements to take? The safest way to determine if you need to increase your Vitamin D3 intake is to get a simple blood test from your doctor (or you can order a home test online).

Note: Vitamin D3 is fat soluble, so it's best to take it with a meal that contains fats, to ensure absorption. IMPORTANT: You need to add Vitamin K2 when taking high dose Vitamin D3 -- it prevents calcification in your arteries and soft tissue.

Sit in the sun every lunchtime. Eat oily fish. There now you can stop worrying about D3 and wasting your money on chinese pills.

fish. one of the most suspect food sources on the planet.

I do and it's still not enough because of my immune system. Sorry, this doesn't work for everyone

How many times is this going to be spammed?

A recent long term, large scale study conducted in Australia for people over 60 taking 60,000 IU of Vit D per month (approx 2000 IU per day) show no improvement in lifespan BUT it did indicate increased risk of death from cancer https://www.thelancet.com/journals/landia/article/PIIS2213-8587(21)00345-4/fulltext

OTOH this study from 2017 concludes that adults should be taking 8000+ IU daily to achieve and maintain optimum levels https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5541280/

So, faggots, what are you going to do now?

The test for your Vit D level may be simple but it's also quite expensive, so having it done is not as trivial as OP suggests.

Go to your doctor to get a test BS. Fuck the docs they are all compromised by the kike pharmaceutical companies. Common sense rules: go outside more, be more active, and eat right (eggs, and meat daily, with veggies) and you survive COVID. Hell even if you didn't do all that you'd still survive having a cold. Stop playing into their narrative and encouraging "tests" and other medical cult practices.

Your advice is solid for some folks, but overweight folks, folks over 60 and immune compromised people need a much higher dosage each day - and they can't get sufficient amounts from food or the sun. This is especially true in the winter months in the NE.

Overweight folks need to start eating just one meal a day, and that without carbs.
