People age 12+ who are moderately or severely immunocompromised should get an additional primary shot of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine

Given 28 days after 2nd shot

... then get boosted in 5 months for a total of four. Stay up to date with vaccines!

If they weren't immunocompromised going in they surely will be after a 4th jab.

I love how they renamed the first booster to the Additional Primary Shot.

Clown world indeed.

So the next one will be the additional primary secondary shot?

I guess after enough people take it.

So does this mean if you’re unvaxxed you need a total of three shots to be considered fully vaxxed?

If you have moderate or severe immune compromise (ahem before vaccination) then you would not be up to date with vaccines by missing your third primary dose for new vaccinees. It is unclear whether you need to go back if you got dose 1&2 months ago.

Additional Primary Shot is a full dose. I think that there are reduced dose boosters now for Pfizer and Moderna.

Yeah, because those with compromised immune system surely will be able to have an immune response to a "vaccine"!

This is a point I have never considered.
