Can confirm, my existing employer sent an email yesterday that it's implementing the plan. Thank god it's my last week here. My new employer sent me an email saying not to worry about it, they will litigate it for a decade if need be.

If Sotomayor is on the majority of any covid ruling then that ruling has no legitimacy. If a judge can just make up stuff in court to justify their unconstitutional ruling then what's the point of even having a court?
