What's Yuri? I'm old (but you be right).
Yuri Bezmenov was a high ranking KGB officer who defected to the US and explains the plan in 1985. If you haven’t watched both his hour interviews your missing out, so much information that’s slowly come true in the last few years.

He talks about the stupid politicians who went to the Soviet Union and see children playing on playgrounds in Siberia in a gulag and didn’t bat an eye and would come back and say the gulags were lies. How they duped high profile figures an politicians wives into going to India to live with fake shamans and become idiots and “one with the world”. How they infiltrated the school systems etc.
