Edit: I got the answer (from panicked people on chat sites) - NY has a shortage due to a run for monoclonal antibodies now that there is omicron, and people can ask for infusions, but likely won't get it during the short window of opportunity during initial days of infection when it is supposed to work. Basically you can ask for it, get on the wait list and then try to use your stash of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. There are shortages of the monoclonal antibodies all over USA. You have to depend on your own immune system if you don't get a spot in the infusion line.
