I would add to what he says by pointing out that covid tests might be at doctor's or hospital's discretion. a pro-fauci doctor could say "oh, you have the vaxx, no need for a test, you are good". The same thing goes for death figures, a doctor could see the vaxx and just know that it wasn't a covid death.
In the uk i'm guessing some of what i said is wrong, for example, they count all deaths within 28 days of a positive pcr test (for what that's worth). But unless they are treating every patient the same, every step of the way, then they are introducing issues that mess up the numbers.
