When you can't actually enforce anything, you make the punishment extreme inorder to scare people into not doing it. That's all. Government is basically run by retards. So they make an example of one individual, in reality, there is no fucking way they can prove it unless you do something stupid like misspelling the poisons name.

The title is deceptive. The crime and punishment are for “forgery”, -not using a fake card, or possessing a fake card. That law is toothless. They should have made it illegal to “possess” a fraudulent card. Which they surely tried, but new it would go nowhere. The only “crime” is using the CDC logo without permission. It is not against the law to present a faked card to any employer or business.

Imagine going into jail telling the others that is why you're in. Some who are in there for years already would be so confused and feel hopeless coming out.

Guaranteed most of these normal people who are getting thrown in are getting beat up too because it's all so new and scary.
