A lawyer didn't write that. Lawyers know how punctuation works. You don't finish 7 years of education and pass a bar exam and still not understand what an apostrophe is for.

Yeah, they'll just let you go. They don't have to accept those terms, and they aren't legally required to employ you or provide any reason for termination.
