Duh. You're not considered "fully vaccinated" now until 28 days after your 3rd dose and are recommended to get boosters every 90 to 120 days. That's a small window whereby a "fully vaccinated" individual can get infected, and when they do, a new "variant" is announced followed by further restrictions. Anyone at this point that believes these shots have any medical benefit is a moron.
