Lol. These fucks truly believe that a paper signed by a single man grants them the authority to force you to permanently alter your immune system or face starvation. There are so many that deserve to die and I'm not even hungry yet.

I don't know or care where they claim the viral authority from. The simple fact that one executive signature can add a product to the forced-injection list is enough. No man ought to recognize the falsely claimed authority of unelected bodies.

My GF’s work was talking about it and then put it on hold since they don’t think it will be upheld.

I think their Christmas break is ruined as the make a mad dash to implement this by the 4th unless the scotus stops it on Monday or so.

The decision was supported by one Democrat-appointed judge and one Republican appointee and opposed by the third judge, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump.

So a bush appointee? And a Clinton or obama appointee, why don’t we know who appointed them.

The Repub yes vote was a W appointee. The Dem yes vote was an Obama appointee.

Unfortunately, H.W. and W appointees are not reliably conservative. They tend to favor the "split the baby" and just keep the deep state rolling type of judgments. Trumps appointees remain to be seen. Some so far seem to actually follow what the law says and not what people want it to say. But it is too soon to come to categorize them all that way, particularly the Court of Appeals judges and the the Supreme Court justices.

The reasoning is laughable:

A “new normal” isn’t a law or supersedes the constitution and nobody was asking they mandated. Congress would have to create a law not Biden with an EO.

And we can’t we go back, we have flu seasons every year and nobody cares.

Just remember that this is global. This system is being put in all 'round the world and the pesky once independent shit heel antiquated bumpkins of the united states will not stand in the way.
