I will rely on the antibodies produced in countering the covid19 flu, and my normal regimen of vitamins. I will never take that shot.
Add some diphenhydramine to the mix, if you can't get IVM or HCQ.
My recommended regimen for covid involves some prophylactic care and some caveats.
Zinc and Selenium seem to fuck up viral reproduction in the cell, specifically the zinc obscures the portal through which viral RNA is fed and prevents the duplication of the viral code that makes up the "shell" of SARS-n-CoV2, this shortens the lifespan of free floating covid and makes it easier for your leukocytes to kill the virus and move on quicker. C, D3 and K2 seem to help in making the zinc more available to the cell and also in general immune function and response, garlic gel capsules as a blood thinner to reduce the risk of the D3 and K2 thickening my blood, Diphenhydramine(Benadryl) is an antihistamine which blocks histamine groups from bonding to protein groups on cells by barricading them with minor ethyl groups temporarily, ACE2 and sigma 1 and sigma 2 seem to be the common proteins the spike proteins latch to and dyphenhydramine bonds to them as well, meaning that you can just occupy the majority of these protein groups by taking Benadryl, apparently lactoferrin makes this protein bonding more efficient somehow, I never drink milk when I'm sick but the research is indicating that this improves the efficiency of the diphenhydramine's bonding.
This post is gonna be long so I'm gonna skip over homeopathic(not the bullshit reductivist kind) remedies like elderberry, and echinacea, if somebody wants to know more ask, but the internet will probably give you better answers in better detail than me.
I know some people are concerned about scary chemical names but benadryl is like the safest shit ever and I have 6 relatives all in their late 60s who have been taking a sip of the shit in liquid form or a whole pill or even two every day/night for 20+ years and have no poisoning or toxicity problems from the diphenhydramine, they aren't drinkers though, don't mix this shit with booze.
ACE2 is an oxygenation port in cells which make up a variety of fluid passing tissues, meaning the drowsiness caused by most gen1 antihistamines is actually something akin to a microscopic pillow smothering, obviously it's not deadly but de-oxygenated sleep isn't complete sleep and prevents purging of toxins from brain fluid because the scrubbing mechanism seems to be oxygen based, long story short don't let anyone stay on benadryl for a long time or become dependent on it otherwise memory loss and dementia risk increase and it could impede neural growth in people under 24, especially young children and accelerate cognitive decline in those 60+ BUT, BIG FUCKING BUT, taking it occasionally for people between 6 and 60 is not a big deal and the key for 60+ is to take it only as needed for covid, or allergies and not as a sleep aid, to be clear the risks sound bad but this stuff makes alcohol and it's side effects look like chemotherapy.
Aspirin is also good at fighting covid but obviously you shouldn't get to using it daily otherwise your pain tolerance takes a shit and probably has some negative outcomes for your heart and vascular system, I recommend if you find a benadryl nasal or throat spray, check if it has diphenhydramine in it and grab that shit, topical application at the start of covid or as a as a prophylactic, should actually be massively effective and working as a sort of weak inoculation, it should mediate viral load and give your body much more time to fight the disease while it is still early, if normies figure this shit out people will be using benadryl sprays as a prophylactic when they hop back into their cars after going into public, it would probably be more effective than masking IMHO, I bet you booze goes back on the menu too, since it's a local application. As I was writing this I figured, I'd double check that Benadryl spray is actually diphenhydramine, it's not and I couldn't find one oral diphenhydramine spray on the market, there is a skin use one by benadryl but I have no clue if the alcohol, "PVP" or tromethamine are safe to be sprayed against the back of the throat regularly, I suspect they would be fine but I wont suggest anybody do this, what I do suggest is that you go and buy a cheap atomizer and pour some children's benadryl in it, and use a puff of that to the back of your throat when you get in the car to come home everyday, I would probably spring for the genexa brand.
It seems most of the antihistamines that induce drowsiness are blocking oxygenation ports covid uses so if you are on a prescription antihistamine which has drowsiness as a side effect, there's a good likelihood you are getting some protection, the only nasal/oral use i've seen in the research is scrip only but et a lower dose could be safe for over the counter use, a marketable drug might actually get some drug manufacturers interested in treating covid; I'd bet the powers that be move to ban benadryl from shelves ASAP though.
Honorable mention to tonic water, the minute amount of quinine within may help make zinc more available to cells as well, but I'd bet quercetin would do you right without having to drink terribly bitter fizzy water while sick.
Here's a paper on the antihistamines I mentioned, it's worth a read IMHO: https://www.mdpi.com/2076-0817/10/11/1514/htm
