Because the thing they want to try will work, and that will lead to this simple cure being used more often, which will handicap the plan to kill off a large percentage of the population with poisonous vaccines by sharing them with an easily resolvable pandemic of the schemer's own invention and intentional release.

Why not? Because they WANT them to die. They get a kickback of over $120k for every person they intubate with a ventilator then murder. It's simply more cost effective.
