I run into a lot of tech people who don't want the vaccine. Like actual tech people not marketers or graphic designers.
I think large tech companies are hesitant to push to hard because they know they'll lose their best and brightest autists (who would probably just go and build competing and alternate platforms on top of that)
That top Disney programmer executive who was fired along with the rest and cried before the senate while liberal laughed at him and he told everyone how they were forced to train their foreign replacements or they wouldn’t get their severance packages.
They started their own company that was making big bucks and Disney came crying wanting them back because noting was working properly but none would go.
Didn't hear about that but it sounds about right. Even taking politics and diversity hires out of it, there's usually a few really good programmers who are as productive as a hundred normal programmers who just get by. Not an insult to the normal ones that's just how it is. Lose the good ones for any reason and things get bad real fast.
Do you have more info on that?
I searched and found what I could. We were still all on Reddit when it happened in 2015 though.
You probably missed this also, which is more important from 2013.

Disney stuff:
This is all I can find. There’s not much out there anymore. There should be a video of them in Congress crying while giving testimony and liberals were laughing. I know at least one of the guys wasn’t just a regular programmer but some C suite level guy(possibly) and they found it hilarious since he made around 7 figures and didn’t need the money or something. It’s been awhile.

Disney tried again in 2017 but faced backlash.

I work in a fairly tech-heavy industry, as in the hands-on working with components and stuff type. My employer has basically just played along and said "You want an exemption, just write some shit down and we'll give you one" because corporate thinks it's a load of bullshit and they know damn well they'd lose some knowledge that simply doesn't exist anywhere else.
