A company policy protecting it's employees from being used as guineapigs sounds sensible ethically (and legally), but if it was the case, why does he say that "co-workers" are vaccinated? And why not get stabbed with the competitions government approved get well soon-juice??

He never answers the question of why it's illegal for him to take the vax. He nervously stutters a rambling answer that company employees can't participate in clinical trails which is a separate issue. Very slippery. He wasn't asked about being in a clinical trial. Reporter did bad job of letting him evade the question.
That was from before he got the jab. He's been bought off.
