There are a ton of people who were vaccinated while pregnant in the various mom subreddits and no issues yet. I had my booster while pregnant but am only half way, but no issues for me. You'll both be okay- congrats :). I had some dental work and xrays done right before my positive test and that made me nervous but it should also be fine.
