Luckily I saw CNN crying this morning, a few plaintiffs are already asking the court for a full judicial review to speed the appeals process up.

Instead of randomly picking 3 judges, all judges in the circuit would hear the case which is 10-6 conservative.

If it’s not granted, then it goes to a panel of three judges who hear the case and then after the ruling if it’s unfavorable they can ask for a full judicial review which the circuit would probably grant based on its make up and they each get to vote on if they’ll hear it. 10-6 is good odds.

That also applies for the expedited review, which CNN claims is unlikely to happen but I’ve heard that even the semi-retired judges want in on the case which would make it something like 19-9 conservative.

Why CNN and liberals are crying I have no idea, it just speeds up the inevitable.

It seems to me if this does go to full court, they (the administration) stand a reasonable chance of losing. Why they aren't backing off and just dropping it until they get a better plandemic figured out is beyond me.

Once the case is lost, it's lost, and the battle is to regain their ground.

Why’s he even commenting is this a federal mandate in disguise as the 5th pointed out lol.

The administration told the 6th Circuit that if it does not lift the order blocking the mandate, it should at least modify the 5th Circuit order "so that the masking-and-testing requirement can remain in effect during the pendency of this litigation."

Modify? That’s the actual mandate, mask and testing.

The Covidians are going to push this thing hard. I feel like they're going to be like any other large company, litigate it until it sticks.

I have friends and family at a few large corporations and they’re taking a wait and see approach. Some companies are going full retard though skipping the masks and testing and going straight to vax only and a few have quit.

Hopefully there’s a bodily autonomy and medical privacy lawsuit in that pile of lawsuits to prevent blue states enacting it on their own if it fails which Washington has already said they’d do for anyone working in the state, even people who work exclusively from home.

You have natural antibodies that should be considered, the fake antibodies that are being given and the new antivirals coming out. I don’t see how this can hold up with new treatments. Of course they won’t be approved until the case is decided for that reason and people will die as a result.

You also have midterms and people are pissed, the DNC is warning that the RNC is becoming the “party of the parent” over masks, mandates and crt(even minorities) but their response was we love education and fund it, no, the parents property taxes and the money you steal from their paychecks fund it.

Plus over 100,000 local positions have been filled by conservatives which everyone has been saying to do forever but conservatives always said “I have a job,I don’t have time”. Now they’ve taken over city/county/school/election boards/DA’s and the left is flipping out because they’re the ones that are supposed to be in charge of local cheating and indoctrination and what law applies to who based on color.

The funniest part is a conservative is now in charge of the Philadelphia elections, no more midnight dumps happening there and that has them pissed.
