Won’t likely pass, but if it does, hooboy.

This is destructive, but appropriate. I don't think we have many ways to be non-destructive anymore

This would be a nuclear bomb if it were to get challenged and upheld by upper courts. The problem with states courts succeeding power to the federal government is for things like the "mandates'.

State law (unfortunately) stops at those "imaginary lines" known as boundaries or state lines. Its nice grandstanding but all laws now work on a pyramid scheme of authority. In theory it's supposed to be the constitution, the S.C.O.T.U.S. , the AG, then upper courts (including appellate courts) , lower courts (by district) THEN state, county, city, townships...etc , etc.

It was never designed to end up like this. But that's what it's been turned into...because $$$$$$ the tax game of stealing from the populous you've been sworn to protect, and then allowing these motherfuckers to give themselves "kickbacks" via friends/partners/relatives/fake companies in a quid pro quo scheme.

The design was the keep the courts separate (for this very reason) but all yield directly to the constitution not to a tiered system of injustice.
