What a fucking stupid question. Do you hold your hands under the running water the entire time you wash your hands? NO, you don't. You wet, Lather, rinse. The water only needs to be on while wetting and rinsing dumb ass.

I never said you can’t put you’re hands back under, I actually stated that’s what I do, the post was about why it’s only 2 seconds, you said you could get all the soap off in two seconds.
