Just document anything your employer does and the documentation alone will scare them via the possibility of litigation. Cost-benefit analysis works both ways.
There is more to it than that. Like you shouldn't try to get in an argument about religious beliefs, and you should mention about your legal counsel and if they try to get you to fill out any forms they have the boiler plate text with which you should reply.
For people who are threatened with losing their jobs because they won't take the mark of the beast, the whole text is definitely worth a read.
