I started at 21 after my deployment and was full gray by 30 lol.
Runs in my family too. They now think premature gray is linked to genetic defects. Have your MTHFR gene test done if you have a history of disease in your family. The MTHFR gene is linked to Alzheimers, Parkinsons and MS among other chronic illnesses. If you have the MTHFR gene defect (there are several combinations), then you can avoid issues as you age via supplementation.
