Important tip for Quercetin: Dissolve in a fat (such as yogurt or MCT oil) before taking. It has the texture of sand, so if you merely take the capsule it's likely not to absorb in your body. Fat is the vehicle to use. Quercetin as as an ionophore to drive zinc into your cells to protect you from the virus replicating.
NAC -- Amazon has now removed this from its website because the FDA is making noise that this is a drug and not a supplement. You may still be able to find it on other sites however. NAC is the precursor to Glutathione, your body's master antioxidant. If you can't get NAC, then definitely get the Liposomal Gluathoine (a bit pricey, but it works)
Iherb, swansons vitamins and vitacost and most others still carry NAC. I have both and used it.
I just buy the phyto Quercetin it costs more but I’d rather just pop the pill instead of taking oil with it.

No problem. I thought people were hoarding it until someone mentioned it on here. So I went to my old places to see if they had it and stocked up.
Then I got worried with the shipping problems that started at the same time and picked up a years worth of everything from those places, Amazon missed out on thousands but fuck them, I’ve been using them less and less.
You can get it from Amazon in Canada and have someone else send it to you if that's a possibility.
You can take quercetin with a fatty meal. Otherwise, I suggest bacon fat for dissolving.
