You you did it during high school or going to college, once you graduated you left unless you were elderly. Others worked and when they graduated they went to a factory, started making good money, started a family but that’s which all gone now. Just from my older cousins and family you could go to a business without a degree and move up from the bottom. I have a healthcare ceo that started out in the cafeteria in HS, a SVP for one of the major carriers and started right after high school. They thought when they were bought out they’d be fired but got a promotion instead. Most my family over 50 started at the bottom and either had no college or a few terms and have succeeded. Others went to the trades and/or started their own businesses. Now it’s fours years for a piece of paper that gives you no real world experience. I’d take someone from the bottom and can do the job over a college graduate any day.
