June 1st the governor claimed she’d no longer step in and it would be up to counties. Then we got a surge and Portland/multnomah county put all the measures back in and started complaining other counties and cities weren’t. Most counties and cities said they’d never issue masks or social distancing measures again and a few days later the governor took back over and imposed them. You can do what you want as long as it aligns with the governors vision.
