OSHA calls them a, "side effect," and position themselves so as to not require employers to record occupational illness when you are sick the day after your second shot. However, "side effect," goes from a sick day all the way through fatal vaccine injury - and I agree that they do not differentiate by magnitude of the problem from reading their information.
Now the thing that I don't understand, and I have not read this article yet, is whether or not the employer still has liability even if the event is not recordable or reportable to OSHA.
