It’s called an aids panel instead of just a full CBC. It breaks the immune system done by component instead of lumping it all together. In gay aids T kills/cd4 helper cells become lower. Supposedly with the vaxxed it’s your main killer T cells/cd8 I’ve heard they’ve been lowered for months but stabilized. Booster might make them go lower but nobody publishes real data.
