Possible. I just don't think "they" want to highlight that the vaccine doesn't actually prevent covid. It would only strengthen the truth. And as we know, the media loves lying through the use of omission and half truths.

From what I've seen they do acknowledge it doesn't prevent covid and doesn't prevent the spread. Yet they still say it's safe an effective. Too many people are testing positive after the vax, so they can't completely deny it. They are just relying on people not to think through (forbes.com) the message they are putting out. After all they were willing to produce are article titled "I would love to DIE from the AstraZeneca vaccine!" (vk.com). Though that one did get some backlash.
