At this point I’ll have to see how this turns out and if the company receives a lot of funding from the feds, it’s really strict criteria but the more they lose they less strict the can be hopefully.

If they lose and have to reinstate everyone from unpaid leave it will be a tough choice between telling your sincerely held beliefs or using this template from

Thanks everyone for your help!! And all the people who mentioned liberty counsel months ago and the person in the recent thread who mentioned ViviBarnesLaw. I met a few others from ohsu who were denied, they never responded but I told them to contact liberty counsel along with my friend, maybe they did.

That's awesome! I've been replying a huge list of links (will include it below) including Liberty Counsel to anyone who is having these issues with their work/school etc. and am glad to hear it's paying off.

Like I have mentioned before, most people (i.e. the people who just do what they are told by their employer, the government, or the narrative) do not know the law so they believe that vaccine and mask mandates can be enforced. However, this is not true. This is when you will have to push back and contact an attorney to get advice.

I hope this helps you because now is the time to stand up to this kind of injustice and draconian medical tyranny.
