They claimed using fetal stem cells was a “professed beliefs” to be “personal moral choices and/or conscientious objections rather than a tenet of a religious faith.” OHSU also states that “receiving another vaccine in the last five years” is “past behavior that may disqualify an individual from receiving a religious exception.

I believe close to every medical and religious exemption was denied.

At this point I’ll have to see how this turns out and if the company receives a lot of funding from the feds, it’s really strict criteria but the more they lose they less strict the can be hopefully.

If they lose and have to reinstate everyone from unpaid leave it will be a tough choice between telling your sincerely held beliefs or using this template from @native

Thanks everyone for your help!! And all the people who mentioned liberty counsel months ago and the person in the recent thread who mentioned ViviBarnesLaw. I met a few others from ohsu who were denied, they never responded but I told them to contact liberty counsel along with my friend, maybe they did.

Like I have mentioned before, most people (i.e. the people who just do what they are told by their employer, the government, or the narrative) do not know the law so they believe that vaccine and mask mandates can be enforced. However, this is not true. This is when you will have to push back and contact an attorney to get advice.

I hope this helps you because now is the time to stand up to this kind of injustice and draconian medical tyranny.

It's amazing how they can challenge someones deeply held moral beliefs, but the media won't even ask why someone like Obama who believes in global warming and rising seas buys a $10 million dollar ocean front house on an island. I'm not religious, but I don't want to put anything in my body that was the result of suffering. This includes everything from factory farmed livestock to brutally murdered fetuses. That doesn't mean I've never had a factory farmed egg or wouldn't take a vaccine if faced with the exposure of something with a 50% kill rate. However, I'll spend 5x as much on eggs from a real farm and avoid a fetus derived vax for something with a 2% kill rate (way lower for people my age). The same people who believe gender is a spectrum and "complex and nuanced" (ncpolicywatch.com) don't believe we can have complex morality. Some are saying if you take tylenol or aspirin then you have to take the vax.

I hope your friend wins and is compensated for his immoral employer trampling on his religious freedom.

I forgot this part:

see also EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch Stores, Inc., 575 U.S. 768 (2015) (same). Title VII defines “religion” as “all aspects of religious observance and practice, as well as belief.” 42 U.S.C. §2000e(j) (emphasis added). Moreover, as the EEOC has made clear, Title VII’s protections also extend to nonreligious beliefs if related to morality, ultimate ideas about life, purpose, and death. See EEOC, Questions and Answers: Religious Discrimination in the Workplace (July 22, 2008), https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/questions- and-answers-religious-discrimination-workplace

That’s also covered if not religious. And it doesn’t matter if you’ve taken a Tylenol or a previous vaccine they can’t question your faith/belief or why you choose this and not that. They’re not the arbitrators of your conscious even though they’d like to believe they are.

And from an article yesterday the reason Pfizer tried to hide the fact they used HEK239 fetal cell lines is the fact it didn’t just come from a random aborted 20+ week fetus but a full term delivered baby who had its kidneys removed then killed, that’s called infanticide.

I remember when obama and all the idiots went to the first Paris peace accord trying to get it to pass and everyone on the right complained about all their private jets instead of “jet-pooling” and the left said it didn’t matter they were trying to save the planet. What? And everyone needed their own private plane to do that?

They produce more carbon in one flight then the average American does in a year. Now their cause is methane.

Heating prices are going up 50-70% this winter while China build 246 new coal powered electrical plants.

We’re supposed to be zero emissions but the left looks the other way as China “rapes” the environment. All by design, climate change is no different then the covid shit. It’s about control.

It all eventually collapses.
