Two challenges were dismissed shortly after 4pm local time on Friday. In the court’s judgment, the judge directly addressed the argument that NSW’s vaccine orders were a breach of bodily integrity. He dismissed the notion. “So far as the right to bodily integrity is concerned, it is not violated as the impugned orders do not authorise the involuntary vaccination of anyone.”
