No you only have to SIT outside... this happened to me about a week ago. The hospital refused to let me inside because I wouldn't wear a piece of plastic (supplied by them) over my face. I have an exemption for face diapers, but their "policy" was that everyone must wear a "face shield" (literally an A4 piece of plastic attached to a foam band that goes around your head). So I sat outside on the street with hundreds of people passing me for 40 minutes. The doctor (neurologist) came and got me, walked me through half the hospital, through the waiting room in the neurology department, and into the regular appointment room that I have always been to before. Much safe. Such logic.
