Actual exemption part if you can’t find it in the other graphic, the less you say, the less they can use against you.

If they insist on an affidavit, follow the graphic and if push comes to shove you can use this:

If that’s not good enough you can contact <liberty@lc.org> or call 407-875-1776 and tell them you need to speak with a religious leader and if you have true beliefs a pastor or minister will provide an affidavit for you.

So far so good. I used your advice and told em that we will not discuss nor disclose any information oertaining to religious belief for fear of persecution or retaluation. Thank you for your wisdom.

I messed up for my friend and used details, and my thread asking for help was full of people being dicks.

posted that graphic and I changed the letters for the others I was helping.

The first one is currently in a lawsuit since it was denied over “beliefs and conscientious objections” not religious beliefs. Zero people got approved, all 437 are on unpaid leave while liberty counsel sorts it out.

I’m glad it’s working for you, don’t tell them a thing. Just remember as the liberty council president says if they want proof from a religious leader contact them at the phone number/email above and they’ll put you into contact with a minister or pastor. The affidavit saying it’s illegal to ask might just piss them off. But have the pastor keep it vague also and don’t have him give an exact reason even though you tell him(if that makes sense).
