A lot of franchisees own more than one store, and it's entirely possible that 3 stores could have 100 people, combined. McDonalds as a corporate entity also has more than 100 people, but I'm sure the idiot writer didn't understand franchises, how do they work?
I know some own multiple stores but they’ve already been discussing on breaking their companies up and maybe the wife owns part, the daughter or son own another part etc.
The multiple franchise people and smaller businesses with more then 100 employees are already working on work arounds. In this job market they can’t afford to lose a person to a vaccine and if we’re talking McDonald’s etc most are minorities and aren’t going to take the jab and most applicants to replace them won’t either.
