They don’t want to waste millions implementing a whole testing and vaccine program to only have osha actually publish a rule that their program doesn’t meet and they have to spend millions more to adjust. They think it could be just a bluff or gets injunctioned right away and never gets implemented.
My GF’s company the day after the fake mandate said, we may need to test individuals weekly, don’t ask any questions because we don’t have any answers, we know as much as you do. When and if the the rules are released we’ll follow the testing guidelines, nobody will be forced to take a vaccination. If an injunction happens, we’ll pause until the final ruling.
