I think the real story here is why so many major employers did not and do not mandate vaccinations. The list includes Walmart, McDonald's, Bank of America, Delta, Duke Energy, Lowe's, Home Depot. Biden has forced their hand but the record is there.

They’re a franchise you fucking idiot. Maybe in NYC they have a McDonald’s with 100 employees but not the majority.

A lot of franchisees own more than one store, and it's entirely possible that 3 stores could have 100 people, combined. McDonalds as a corporate entity also has more than 100 people, but I'm sure the idiot writer didn't understand franchises, how do they work?

I know some own multiple stores but they’ve already been discussing on breaking their companies up and maybe the wife owns part, the daughter or son own another part etc.

The multiple franchise people and smaller businesses with more then 100 employees are already working on work arounds. In this job market they can’t afford to lose a person to a vaccine and if we’re talking McDonald’s etc most are minorities and aren’t going to take the jab and most applicants to replace them won’t either.

I learned today that you aren't real.

Most companies don’t know what to do. They don’t want to waste millions implementing a whole testing and vaccine program to only have osha actually publish a rule that their program doesn’t meet and they have to spend millions more to adjust. They think it could be just a bluff or gets injunctioned right away and never gets implemented.

My GF’s company the day after the fake mandate said, we may need to test individuals weekly, don’t ask any questions because we don’t have any answers, we know as much as you do. When and if the the rules are released we’ll follow the testing guidelines, nobody will be forced to take a vaccination. If an injunction happens, we’ll pause until the final ruling.
