They won't. We're a small business, way under 100. And I do think they'll try to help us avoid the shot by shuffling people around on different projects. But yeah, even though I'm vital to a lot of our operations I have no illusions that they'll keep me around once my presence starts hurting their bottom line.

I just read an article from major businesses and they don’t care, they don’t think it will hold up in court and aren’t doing anything until it’s over.

One company was giddy and said now it levels the playing field, we couldn’t implement a vaccine mandate before because we’d lose all our employees but since everyone will have to be vaxxed they have no place to go. She should be strung up.

Bed bath and beyond said they won’t force their employees to do anything against their will.

Probably and injunction, then an appeal that agrees or overturns it, then to scotus.

But slick joe will wait until a day before December 1st to release this “law” and then expect everyone to comply.

Most large companies don’t have a policy and don’t expect to, a few require a rapid test once a week that they provide.

I think most people are fed up. Even the businesses said this screwed everything up, they were slowly getting people vaccinated with incentives etc and not treating people differently then he makes his speech and has set everything back to square one and they agree it’s a persons choice but they’re still trying to persuade them gently.

It's easy for people to mistake Biden's insecure aggression for authority. He knows the narrative is over, social distancing is so 2020 and companies are out of patience. His aggression is actually a power trip tantrum.
Honestly, I can't take it seriously.
The feds have some basic rights they need to respect. Religious exemption must be provided. From what I can tell the courts have firmly established that nobody is in a position to determine the validity of a religious claim. The courts don't care if your religious ideas are shared by your religion, or if you have a religious leader that will write a note for you. It's a religious exemption form, not an application.

The scariest part is that we are on the cusp of economic crisis our leader is drunk on power and having tantrums on the world stage. We already know that he doesn't respect the three branches of power. The courts are not fast acting. I'm sure a lot of people will be tricked into the jab because it will take a few years to put this straight.

My daughter is a contractor to the DOD. My son-in-law is a Fed. Neither wants the jab so both are in a tough spot. I honestly don't know what they'll do if Xiden gets his way.

Rings cameras can be defeated or any camera for that matter, you just have to know how they can use facial and body recognition software.

I just lost my "job", all praise to Jesus for finally freeing me from bondage.

Really more like my contract ended but I probably can't get a new one since I won't do the thing...someone will probably offer me a new one next week. He'll ask whether I have "it" and I will have to say that I do not and will not.

I don't really want another one, I've hated it for a long time. I was being worked like a slave and didn't like the people I worked for. We have to quit this 9 to 5 shit, in the end, it's not worth it.

The job I was doing was pretty inconsequential, mostly just collecting a nice fat check for doing dumb shit that wasn't important for a bunch of simian retards. Recent events let me know that it was something I didn't want to continue. At some point, you become an instrument of your own destruction and that point was right about now.

I have an opportunity I've been developing for the past couple years that I never had the time to complete so I can shift my focus there. I should be able to get some money coming in within a couple months, maybe a lot more than before.

I wish I was better with my hands. In rural areas, you'd be surprised how hard it is to find a good plumber. I don't know if that's good or not, just seems like they are able to turn down work and charge an arm.

I saw an ad hiring plumber apprentice for 50k a year. Might not be what a lot of us are used to but it's not a bad living in my area. Experienced plumbers can make 6 figures.

i quit last year when the masks became mandatory and had my job back 2 hours later with an exemption.

i told some nasty new fucker of a 'compliance' guy to go fuck himself two weeks ago to 'confirm my appointment or send a copy of my vaxx card' so some new compliance fucker could 'proudly tell our clients we are all illegally disclose private medical information here to potential clients

i told him the same again when he replied with 'go to a doctor and obtain a certificate that youre not going to comply'

That's the right way. A couple of my clients have pressured me but I said flat out, if you require it I guess I won't be working for you anymore. I could use some vacation time. One figured out pretty quickly and said that I wasn't getting the vaccine regardless of what they said. I know the other might have me stop helping, but will get desperate within a week and have me back.

A big part of standing your ground is not showing any give when they press. They don't want to sacrifice much so hope you'll cave when they make an empty threat. If you cave you've lost the bluffing game. If you aren't bluffing and will happily quit, you'll win every bluff. You don't care because you aren't going to compromise. They can do what they want, you just won't be along for the ride.

I’m a small business owner. We have 22 employees so we aren’t affected by this, but we wouldn’t comply if we were. I don’t know for certain, but I’m pretty sure not one of our employees is vaxxed and that will never change on our behalf. Biden can lick my taint.
