It's a nice thought but no. At family owned company with <50 employees where 50% or more will protest? Yeah probably.

Not a single fuck given by the management. I've seen upper management get rid of every single lead programmer and the people they hired as their replacements. No fucks given. They don't even make products anymore they just pretend, collect money from god knows where.

Most of these companies literally get paid to hire niggers and diversity fucks by our corrupt government, so yes, the very idea of thse companies giving even half a fuck about employees leaving isnt a concern. That and they get a gleeful excuse to offshore even more people citing biohazard issues, environmental concerns, etc

Not anymore. The age of the free market is over. These companies:

  1. Are propped up by the government. They just ask for more gibs. They are often too big to fail and extract the vast majority of their profits if not all of them through government subsidies, "quantitative easing", bailouts.

  2. Just sell the same product since 2010 with marginal improvement. They have no real competition and essentially have a monopoly. How many companies sell operating systems?

  3. Have so much money that they can just buy entire smaller companies and extract some money from them until they burn them up. There are tons and tons of these giant monster asshole corporations.

Management of a company generally is ok with having the upper hand over their employees, but deep inside they know that if there's a lot of talent loss all at once, it can be devastating.

Losing a person here and there can be absorbed, but not half of your company getting fired because they won't take the mRNA experiment. That's what they're afraid of - that profit pipe being disrupted because all those skilled workers under their thumbs aren't making money anymore.

20% do 80% of the work. The 20% are most likely the best educated on what's actually going on. If you loose 80% of your work efficiency over night it can destroy a company. Especially since the 20% elsewhere don't have interest in coming to same from themselves.

Which also means, that 20% should be amongst the best paid in the company. But are not.

Fortune 500 companies aren't really that elite. they're more like pawns that are manipulated by the elites. I could see the management of fortune 500 companies panicking. Their companies aren't sustained by government assistance, they still need a good product, and if enough people leave it can crash these systems hard.

I have a feeling that some of these companies have friends at the Federal Reserve.

They don't worry too much about shutdowns because, like the filthy communist leadership here in the US, they can magically get all the money they need when they need it.
