They know a large chunk of people will not get vaccinated. That isn't the point. The point is to socially and politically ostracize them. If the government genuinely cared about getting as many people as possible vaccinated they would use their money printers they love so much to give not only incentives but guarantee payment of medical bills and/or life insurance in case of any injury, since they believe injuries to be so rare.

They aren't interested in reaching out to the unvaccinated, they know perfectly well the vaccinated/unvaccinated is a political divide and that this manufactured crisis has given them the perfect opportunity to legally discriminate against political opponents and make them 2nd class citizens. This is not a new strategy and every communist revolution has been initiated in this fashion; the ruling jewish-funded elites mobilising the low status class against the middle and promising them rewards and status in return. Cheaper shopping bills. Ease of travel. Job promotions. We are in a communist revolution, it's time to wake up and stop taking everything at face value and pretending this is about a virus.

Demonize the anti shot folk. Make them all unemployed. Start civil war

Then, even if they are healthy they will not be "statistically relevant" and the sucking of money for vaccines can continue

Once vaccines end, the money suck will continue with product to treat vaccine side effects
