That's an extrapolation from her saying "this is not an anti-vax post". From this statement you would assume she is not against the vax that got her own daughter into sever medical distress, therefore she has no problem with supporting others who want to get vaccinated. It would be the same as if a mothers daughter was severely hurt by a drunk driver and her saying "this is not an anti-drinking and driving post..." What would any normal person take that as meaning?
