You need to - Click on the 6th tab called 'Number of Individual Cases for a selected Reaction' - Select the 'Reaction Groups' - Look for the number of fatal cases in the 'Outcome' chart at the bottom right - Change the 'Reaction Groups' and add the fatal cases to the previous ones - Rinse & repeat
It's like they really don't want us to know the number.
