The numbers are for whole Europe, not only for the EEU as stated in the article (GB is included).
Half of the cases were not reported by medical personnel, but by laymen. This is allowed to make sure no signal gets lost, but it invites trolls (especially the ones who want to prove that vaccines are dangerous stuff). So the absolute numbers need some grain of salt.
Administration site conditions should be subtracted from the numbers because that is an expected temporary condition, and the high number masks the more important conditions.

Could it be on purpose, so it is difficult to get/show the numbers. If I wanted to show it to some friends or colleagues, it would take ages; and they already don't care to begin with.
They want to make sure that we rely on their "experts" to explain the numbers.
